Nine Student-Athletes Earn CSC Academic All-District

Five golfers, two women's lacrosse players and two rowers named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams.

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Nine Lewis & Clark College student-athletes earned spots on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's and Women's At-Large Teams, the organization announced Tuesday.

Junior Luke Blankinship and sophomores Mason Hill and Joonho Moon were named to the NCAA Division III Men's Academic All-District At-Large Team. On the women's side, sophomore Clare Kimmel and senior Sadie Meredith-Andrews represented rowing, sophomores Evie Denton and Ahika Jani were selected from women's golf, and sophomore Kaedance Stubbs and junior Sage Swegle earned honors from women's lacrosse. Blankinship and Swegle received the recognition for the second consecutive year.

The Academic All-District Teams recognize student-athletes for excellence in academics and athletics. Nominees must be sophomores or older and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. The men's at-large category includes student-athletes from 10 NCAA sports, with golf serving as Lewis & Clark's only sponsored sport in the category. The women's at-large category includes student-athletes from 13 NCAA sports, three of which are sponsored by Lewis & Clark: rowing, golf and lacrosse.

Competition requirements vary by sport. Golfers must compete in 75% of an institution's team-scoring events or participate in the conference championship tournament. Women's lacrosse nominees must compete in at least 90% of the team's games or start at least two-thirds of them. Rowing nominees must compete in 90% of a team's competitions or race as a member of an NCAA championship boat (1V8, 2V8 or 1V4) at a conference or national championship.
