On Sunday against the Bearcats, Sutin and Wills posted a 6-2 doubles win over AJ Avansino and Hudson Snyder. Sutin then competed at No. 1 singles for the first time in NWC play this season, defeating Avansino 6-4, 7-5.
Sutin has won five straight matches and is 9-1 in conference singles play with 13 total wins this season. He and Wills are 7-2 in NWC doubles and have combined for 11 victories this year.
Lewis & Clark returns to action Thursday when it hosts the University of California, Santa Cruz, in a non-conference match at 4 p.m. at the L&C Tennis Dome.
