PORTLAND, Ore. - The Lewis & Clark women's golf team hosted its annual dual meet with Linfield on Sunday with the Pioneers coming out on top.

The two teams played 18 holes at the Greenback Golf Course at Heron Lakes with the Pioneers winning 13.5 to 1.5. The format was individual match play with a point being awarded for winning the front nine, one point for winning the back nine and one point for winning the 18.

Abbi Rautenberg and Arielle Valdez both finished the day with an 83, while Sofia Vigil and Claire Burke were one stroke back with an 84. Jessica Rosenblatt concluded the day with a 119.

The team concludes their fall season next weekend at the Northwest Conference Fall Classic at Chehelem Glenn Golf Course in Newberg, Ore.
