Cameryn Nagaji defended her 2022 NWC triple jump title and earned All-Conference honors with four jumps that were all better than the second-place finisher. Nagaji’s second jump of 11.29 m (37-00.50 feet) set a new PR mark for the sophomore and over 16 inches better than the second-place jump of 10.89m (35-08.75 feet) and was over eight inches longer than her winning jump from last year. Nagaji’s first jump was 11.22m (36-09.74) feet. In the event finals, Nagaji posted marks of 10.94m and 10.93m. She is the first Pioneer to win multiple triple jump titles and one of two Pioneers on a women’s team to win the NWC Triple Jump title.
