NOTABLES 

• Put together a strong junior season that saw him earn his first career All-Region honor and posted a pair of top-five marks in program history 
• Competed in 10 meets during his junior season 
• Opened his junior season by finishing fourth in the Mile and helping the 4x400M Relay team place fourth at the University of Portland #1 Meet on January 25
• Finished fifth in the 800M and placed second in the 1,500M at the Eldon & Chuck Throwdown on March 7 
• Ran the third-fastest time in program history to finish third in the 1,500M on April 4 at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational 
• Placed eighth in the 1,500M at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet on April 26

Mile: 4:22.09 – Portland Indoor #1, January 25 – 6^th in program history

NOTABLES 

• Put together a strong sophomore season that included earning points in the 5K at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Recorded PR times in all four of his events
• Competed in 10 meets during his sophomore campaign 
• Kicked off his season by finishing ninth in the Mile (4:22.09) with a PR time at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet
• Won the 1,500M (4:02.69) and placed sixth in the 800M (2:01.47) at the Willamette T&F Invitational on March 29
• Placed fifth at the NWC Championship Meet and earned the Pioneers four points in the 1,500M with a time of 3:57.28 
• Finished 13^th in the 5K at NWCs with a time of 15:03.37

• Competed in eight competitions during a strong first collegiate track season 
• Posted top-40 marks in program history in all four events he competed in 
• Made his collegiate track & field debut on February 4 at the Portland Indoor #2 Meet when he raced the 3,000M (9:06.70) 
• Ran a career-best time in the 1,500M on April 13 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invite
• Placed ninth in the 5K at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet 

At Lewis & Clark: Member of the cross country team ... Member of the student band Rocky Mountain Polar Bear.

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Denver East High School … Competed for the Denver Hustle club … Earned All-State honors two times … Finished as a top-five finisher at Regionals twice … Posted a cross country 5K PR of 15:52.
