• Put together a strong sophomore season as the top back stroke swimmer on the team

• Placed 13^th in the 200 Backstroke (career-best at the NWC Championship), 15^th in the 100 Backstroke and 16^th in the 200 Fly at NWCs
• Member of the 400 Medley Relay Team that placed eighth at the NWC Championship Meet
• Won two events and added four third-place finishes across the team’s seven dual meets
• Finished first in the 200 Backstroke and placed third in the 200 IM on January 23 at Linfield
• Took first place in the 100 Backstroke and added fourth-place showing in the 400 IM on January 24 against Willamette

• Competed in nine meets during his first collegiate season 
• Made his collegiate debut on November 1 against Linfield and finished second in the 100 Backstroke (59.30), fifth in the 400 IM (4:52.08) and helped the 200 Medley Relay team place third overall 
• Placed 14^th in the 100 Backstroke (B Final) and 200 Backstroke (B Final) and 23^rd in the 400 IM at his first career Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Won the 200 Backstroke in dual meets against Pacific (November 8) and Willamette (January 24) 

Prior to the Pios: Attended Spring Lake Park High School ... Competed in swimming, cross country and track & field at Spring Lake Park ... Earned All-Conference honors in swimming & diving three times ... Named to the All-Conference team in cross country once ... Won the Triple A (Academics, Arts, and Athletics) Award ... Earned the National Merit Commended Scholar honors ... Won the 2022 USA Triathlon High School State Championship for the state of Minnesota in 2022 ... Set to represent the USA  in the 2024 Age Group Triathlon World Championships in Malaga, Spain on October 19, 2024.
