Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Centennial High School ... Competed in four years of soccer, swimming and track & field ... Played his club soccer with the North Suburban Soccer Association ... Led Centennial to the 7AA State Championship Game in 2023 and 2025 ... Named a Northwest Suburban Conference All-Conference Honorable Mention honoree in soccer ... Ranks seventh all-time in school history in the 50 Yard Free and third all-time in the 50 Yard Free Relay split in swimming ... Helped set the program record in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay ... Qualified for the State Relay Championship as a junior and senior .... Led his team to a Sectional Team Championship as a senior ... Placed sixth at the Minnesota Section 7AAA Championship in the 200M (22.83) in track & field ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Mother Alicia (Anderson) Shepard played volleyball at DIII Macalester College ... Father John Shepard played football and competed in track & field at Macalester.
