Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended West Salem High School ... Competed in cross country and track & field for all four years ... Earned First Team All-Conference honors in cross country as a senior and Second Team accolades as a sophomore ... Named Academic All-State three times ... Member of the varsity cross country team for all four years and the varsity track & field team for three years ... Helped lead the Titans to the Central Valley Conference Title in cross country and track & field three times each ... Father Matt ran cross country and track & field at the University of Oregon (NCAA DI) and went on to run professionally ... Member of the track & field team at Lewis & Clark. 

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because of the location, academics and the school was also quite affordable for me.
