• Recorded a collegiate-best time in the 8K at the Dellinger Invitational (26:38.5) on September 22
• Finished sixth on the team and 36^th overall at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet with a time of 26:43.9 
• Placed 125^th overall (sixth on the team) at NCAAD DII West Regionals with a time of 27:38.0

6.3K: 20:52.9 (Lewis & Clark Opener 9/1) 

• Competed in the season-opening race before missing the rest of the year due to injury 
• Finished the Lewis & Clark Opener course (6.3K) in 20:52.9 to place fourth on the team and 23^rd overall 

As a Sophomore (2021-22): Competed in five races ... Made his collegiate cross country debut on September 1, when he finished the 6.3K L&C Opener race in 21:59.9 ... Posted a career-best 8K time of 26:56.70 at the PLU Invitational on September 18 ... Finished fifth on the team and 33rd overall at the NWC Cross Country Championship on October 30 (27:43.9).

As a Freshman (2020-21): Did not compete; no season (coronavirus pandemic). 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Neuroscience.

Prior to the Pios: Honor Roll, Team Captain, "Thunder Thighs" Award

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because of its small class sizes and tight-knit communities, as well as its location.
