NOTABLES 

• Put together a career season that saw him earn his first two career All-Conference honors, first All-Region honors and set PRs in 12 events during his junior campaign 
• Competed in 12 meets during his junior season 
• Won the 3,000M Steeplechase (9:29.07) and placed fifth in the 4x400M Relay at the Eldon & Chuck Throwdown
• Placed first in the 3,000M Steeplechase (9:22.60) and finished 44^th in the 800M at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational 
• Recorded a third-place finish in the 5,000M at the John Knight Twilight Invite 
• Came in second place in the 3,000M Steeplechase and placed sixth in the 5,000M at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Won the 400M Hurdles and placed 11^th in the 800M and posted PRs in both events at the George Fox Last Chance Meet on May 14
• Enters his senior season ranked in the top-20 in program history in the: Outdoor 3K Steeplechase (7^th), Indoor 3,000M (11^th), Indoor Mile (13^th) and Outdoor 5,000M (16^th)

NOTABLES 

• Put together a strong sophomore season where he competed in 12 meets 
• Posted top-50 marks in four of the five events he competed in 
• Placed second in the 3,000M with a time of 9:23.46 at the Lane Community College Open on March 15 
• Became the first student-athlete in program history to run the 2K Steeplechase and finished ninth overall (6:35.93) at the Oregon Preview 
• Finished eighth overall and earned one point for his team in the 3K Steeplechase (9:52.07) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Ran a PR time in the 5K (15:25.80) to finish 24^th at NWCs 
• Closed out his first season at L&C by setting a PR in the 3K Steeplechase (9:44.51) to move up to 22^ndin program history in the event 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Environmental Studies ... Member of the cross country, Fire Arts and Gaming Society groups on campus ... Serves as a Math/Science tutor. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Transfer from Linfield University (NCAA DIII) … Ran cross country and track & field at Linfield during his first year … Attended West Valley High School … Won the District Championship in the 3,200M as a senior … Finished third at Districts and 52^nd at States (team placed third overall) in cross country during his senior season … Led his cross country team to District Championships in cross country as a junior and season … Won the Robert Allen Award (runner) as the student-athlete who most embodies XC spirit as a sophomore … Finished his high school career with a 4.0 GPA … Mother Claire competed in soccer, cross country and track & field at Colorado College.
