• Competed in all seven meets during his junior season     
• Put together a career-best season by leading the team in every race, posting career-best 5K, 6K and 8K times and earning his first career All-Conference honors 
• Finished in the top-10 at four meets and the top-52 in all seven races 
• Opened the season by placing seventh overall at the Lewis & Clark Opener on August 29 with a career-best 5K time of 15:31.1
• Named the Northwest Conference Runner of the Week after finishing sixth at the Ash Creek Collegiate Invitational on September 12
• Posted the eighth-fastest 8K time (24:39.2) in program history on October 18 at the Linfield George Oja Invitational 
• Placed a career-best eighth overall at the NWC Championship Meet (26:03.1) 
• Led the team and placed 52^nd overall at the NCAA DIII West Regional Championship Meet (26:44.6)

• Stepped up as one of the Pioneers top competitors during his sophomore campaign 
• Finished second on the team in all seven meets this season 
• Placed in the top-20 in five of his seven meets 
• Ran a career-best 6K time on August 31 at the Linfield Harrier Classic (18:53.6) to finish 13^th overall 
• Posted a career-high, sixth-place finish at the Ash Creek Cross Country Festival on September 13 
• Finished 100^th overall at the D3 Pre-Nationals Meet on October 4 
• Placed 17^th overall at the NWC Championship Meet with a time of 25:29.1 
• Posted a career-best 8K time of 25:16.0 at the NWC Regional Championship Meet
• Placed 36^th at Regionals to miss a spot on the All-Region Team by one place (2.5 seconds)

• Enjoyed a strong debut season as one of the Pioneers top first-year runners 
• Competed in five races during his freshman season 
• Made his collegiate debut on September 8 when he completed the 6K Ash Creek Collegiate Invite course in 19:05.8
• Posted a top-15 time (t-14^th) by a Pioneers first year in program history on October 14 when he finished the George Oja Linfield Invitational (8K) course in 25:53.0
• Finished seventh on the team and 41^st overall at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet with a time of 26.59.7
• Earned the fifth and final scoring spot for the Pioneers (81^st overall) at the NCAA DIII West Regional Championship Meet with a time of 26:41.7 

At Lewis & Clark: Member of the track & field team. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Denver East High School … Competed for the Denver Hustle club … Earned All-State honors two times … Finished as a top-five finisher at Regionals twice … Posted a cross country 5K PR of 15:52.
