Eisen put together one of the best outings of his collegiate career to become the second-straight Lewis & Clark pitcher to take home the award. Last week, sophomore
Matt Stanislavsky took home Pitcher of the Week honors for the first time in his career.Ā

Eisen threw the first complete game of his career and allowed just three hits, two walks and one run on Saturday against Linfield. The junior needed just 94 pitches to post the first complete game of his career. He did not allow a run until the eighth inning and held Linfield to a .115 batting average.Ā

He retired the side in order three times and did not allow multiple baserunners to reach base in any inning. The Wildcats did not record their first hit until the bottom of the fourth inning and scored their only run on a solo homer in the eighth.Ā

Eisen leads the River Otters pitching staff with six wins (6-3), 71.0 innings pitched and 14 starts. He sits second on the team with 56 strikeouts, a .234 opposing batting average and a 5.20 ERA. The junior leads the NWC in total starts and sits tied for third in the conference in wins, third in innings pitched and fifth in strikeouts.Ā

Lewis & Clark will take on second-seed Linfield University on Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Northwest Conference Tournament Semifinals. The winner of Friday's Game One, will play in the NWC Championship Game which is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.Ā
