Ā
Pope limited the Boxers to four singles and two walks and struck out two, to earn her fourth win of the season.Ā
Ā
The River Otters started all seniors and had no problems against Alissa Hermansen ā who had held Lewis & Clark to one run on Saturday.Ā

Ā
Lewis & Clark erupted for six runs in the first. After an Ozuna walk, Scroggins laced a single to right center and Ozuna came all the way home from first base. Restagno added an RBI single of her own and Marglin made it 3-0 when the Boxers couldn't handle her ground ball. Zehnder pushed the lead to 4-0 with an RBI single and two more runs came in when Pacific committed an error on a Sickels' grounder.Ā
Ā
The River Otters tacked on three more runs in the second. With the bases loaded and no outs, Marglin made it 7-0 with a sacrifice fly to right that plated Scroggins. Sickels came through with a two-out, two-run double to right center to push the advantage to 9-0.Ā
Ā
Pacific would put a runner on in every inning but Pope only allowed two runners to reach second base to earn her first shutout of the season.Ā
