Treadwell, White Earn First Career All-NWC Honors

Andre Treadwell lands first team nod, Justin White named to third team after standout seasons for River Otters.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Lewis & Clark College men's basketball seniors Andre Treadwell and Justin White earned their first career Northwest Conference All-Conference honors, the league office announced Friday morning.

Treadwell was named to the All-NWC First Team, while White earned All-NWC Third Team recognition. The duo helped lead Lewis & Clark to a 13-12 overall record, a 9-7 mark in conference play and a return to this weekend's NWC Tournament.

Treadwell led Lewis & Clark with 18.8 points per game in 19 appearances and 17 starts, 5.6 more than any other River Otter. He shot 49.1 percent from the field, 42.9 percent from 3-point range and 73.2 percent from the free-throw line while averaging 29.7 minutes and 6.5 rebounds per game. Treadwell added 21 assists, 15 steals and seven blocks.

In 10 conference games (eight starts), Treadwell averaged 16.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting 43.8 percent from the floor and 41.0 percent from 3-point range. He scored 20 or more points 11 times this season.

His career-high 30 points came at Occidental on Nov. 22, when he shot 12 of 18 from the floor with six 3-pointers. He added 29 points and a season-high 13 rebounds against George Fox on Jan. 9 for his fourth double-double of the season. Against Pacific on Feb. 6, Treadwell hit eight 3-pointers and scored 26 points. He closed the regular season with 25 points on 8-of-13 shooting in a 92-83 win over Willamette on Feb. 21.

In two seasons at Lewis & Clark, Treadwell has totaled 583 points (12.4 per game) and 215 rebounds (4.6 per game) while shooting 48.4 percent from the field in 47 games.

White led Lewis & Clark with 7.3 rebounds per game, 36 steals and 21 blocks while averaging 13.2 points per game, second on the team. He started 20 of 21 appearances and averaged 28.1 minutes per game.

White shot 47.9 percent from the floor and added 60 assists (2.9 per game). He pulled down 153 total rebounds, including 39 offensive boards, scored in double figures in 16 games and recorded six double-doubles.

In 16 conference games (15 starts), White averaged 12.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game with 24 steals and 17 blocks. He shot 46.5 percent from the field in NWC play.

White scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in a 67-64 win over Puget Sound on Jan. 31. He recorded 19 points and 10 rebounds in a win at La Verne on Nov. 21 and added 18 points and 11 rebounds in a win at Pacific on Jan. 10. His season-high eight assists came at George Fox on Feb. 7.

In two seasons at Lewis & Clark, White has recorded 332 points (9.5 per game), 200 rebounds (5.7 per game) and 49 steals in 35 games.
