Kris Wuelfing went 1-0 with a 0.90 ERA over 10 innings to lead Lewis & Clark to a pair of Northwest Conference victories. Wuelfing pitched the first four innings last Tuesday against NWC Regular-Season Champ Pacific on short rest. He allowed just three hits and one run in a 7-2 Pioneers win. On Senior Day, Wuelfing held George Fox to five hits and one walk over six scoreless innings before an hour and fifteen-minute rain delay ended his outing. With the win on Sunday, Lewis & Clark secured second place in the NWC Tournament - their best finish in conference play since 1992.
