As a Sophomore (2021-22): Named the Northwest Conference Rookie of the Year ... Earned All-Conference and All-Region accolades ... Competed in five races in his debut cross country season ... Paced the team in two races and finished second on the Pioneers in his other three races ... Finished in the top six of a race twice and the top-20 four times ... Made his collegiate cross country debut on September 1 at the L&C Opener, when he finished the 6.3K course in 21:23.4 ... Led the team at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet by finishing third overall (25:58.8) ... Posted a career-best time of 25:29.5 to finish 20th overall and second on the team at the West Region Cross Country Championship Meet ... Finished the season with the 29th-fastest time by an individual in program history and fifth-fastest time by a freshman.

As a First-Year (2020-21): Did not compete; no season (coronavirus pandemic). 

Prior to the Pios: Northern Boys Regional Champs - Outdoor (2019), VHSL Class 6 Boys Team - Runner Up, Outdoor Regional Champions - 4x800 relay - Outdoor (2019)

Why Lewis & Clark?: It was the farthest away from my hometown, and I like the trees.
