Biography

As a Junior (2019-20): Had her fastest-ever time (24:32.7) at the NCAA Division III West Regional on Nov. 16 ... Set her all-time best time (23:39.9), jumped 30-plus places from the year before to finish 19th and was Lewis & Clark's second-best finisher at the Northwest Conference Championships on Nov. 2 ... Finished with her best-ever 5K time (20:15.7) at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational on Oct. 5.

As a Sophomore (2018-19): Had her fastest result in an NCAA Division III West Region Championships race on Nov. 10 ... Placed 41st and beat her 2017 time at the Northwest Conference Championships on Oct. 27 ... Took 37th at the PLU Invitational on Sept. 15 ... Finished in fifth place at the Westmoreland Season Opener on Aug. 31 with a personal best 5K time of 20:28.1.

As a Freshman (2017-18): Raced in six events ... Set her personal best at the L&C Invite with a time of 24:48.4 on Oct. 14 ... Ended the season with the 33rd-fastest freshman all-time Lewis & Clark mark (24:48.4) ... Finished in 120th place at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 26:26.2 on Nov. 11 ... Finished in 58th place at the NWC Championship with a time of 25:35.9 on Oct. 28.

Prior to the Pios: Two-Time School Record Holder (DMR) ... Washington 4A State Championships (Team - 7th Place) ... Most Inspirational (2015) ... Spirit of Cross Country Award (2016).

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because of the small class sizes and the academic flexibility. It was also one of the few colleges that I visited where I felt comfortable on campus as soon as I got there.
