Biography

As a Senior (2021-22): Competed in two races in his final cross country campaign … Opened his season with a 24:19.2 over 6.3K at the L&C Opener on September 1 … Set a new career-best time on October 2, when he finished the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational in 28:28.8. 

As a Junior (2020-21): Did not compete; no season (coronavirus pandemic). 

As a Sophomore (2019-20): Placed among the top 100 at the NCAA Div. III West Regional on Nov. 16 ... Set an all-time best (28:30.5) at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational on Oct. 5 ... Ran his best 6K all-time (24:11.4) at the Linfield Harrier Classic on Aug. 30.

As a Freshman (2018-19): Raced in his first collegiate event at the Westmoreland Season Opener on Aug. 31 finishing with a time of 26:21.1.

Prior to the Pios: League Champion - 1...600 meters (2018)... League Runner-up - 800 meters... 4x400-meter relay (2018)... League Champion - Cross Country (2017)... City Finals - Third Place (2017)... California State Championships Qualifier... Eagle Scout... National Merit Scholarship Recipient... Valedictorian... AP Scholar with Distinction.

Why Lewis & Clark?: Lewis & Clark has a beautiful campus, and I really like the Pacific Northwest. I wanted somewhere that I could learn, enjoy the outdoors and keep running.
