As a Senior (2021-22): Earned All-Conference honors in her final cross country season … Competed in six races … Made her season debut on September 1, when she finished the 4.7K course at the L&C Opener in 19:48.6 … Recorded a career-best time of 23:48.2 at the L&C Invite on October 16 … Finished second on the team and 10th overall at the Northwest Conference Cross Country Championship (24:08.8) … Posted a fourth-place finish on the team and 57th overall at the West Region Cross Country Championship Meet (24:14.4) … Ended the year with the fifth-fastest time on the team and the 42nd fastest time in program history. 

As a Junior (2020-21): Did not compete; no season (coronavirus pandemic). 

As a Sophomore (2019-20): Had her best-ever showing with a top-50 place (50th) at the Northwest Conference Championships on Nov. 2 ... Improved by nearly three minutes over her freshman time at the NWC Championships ... Set a new all-time best (24:10.4) at the Lewis & Clark Invite on Oct. 19 ... Her time is the 45th-fastest all-time at Lewis & Clark ... Recorded her best-ever 5K time (20:14.6) at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational on Oct. 5.

As a Freshman (2018-19): Raced in her first collegiate event on Sept. 15 at the PLU Invitational finishing with a time of 26:19.86. 

Prior to the Pios: Most Improved (2014) ... State Meet - Third Place (2016) ... Team Captain (2017) ... Four-time Varsity Letter Winner.

Why Lewis & Clark?: I loved the campus feel and location as well as the ample academic and overseas study opportunities. A spot on the cross country and track teams was an added bonus.
